The campus of College of Science and Technology is located five kilometers from the gateway town of Phuentsholing on the Thimphu-Phuentsholing highway. The college is suitably perched on hill overlooking the great plains of West Bengal, India. The buildings of Administration, Workshops, IT and Library, Hostels and staffs residents comprise the campus of CST.
