May 2, Teachers' day

The birth anniversary of third Druk Gyalpo and teachers’ day was celebrated. It was on Sunday. All staff members and students gathered at 8:30 am. Actually, program is scheduled to be held in basketball court, due to unfavourable weather we all gathered in MPH.

Spring Football Tournament Result

The champion of the Spring Football Tournament this year is Ultimate Rovers (2nd yr). The final was played between Ultimate Rovers and Jigsher Utd on 24/3/2010. The score of the match was 3:3 in the game and the Ultimate Rovers won the match in the penalty shootout.

 
Pasakha industrial tour

Third year civil and electrical engineering students visited industrial hub of the country, Pasakha. The visit was on 25th and 26th of March for civil and electrical respectively. The students visited the industries which have relevance to conceptualize what they learn theoretically. And some of the industries are also their prospective employers.

The students visited industries like Bhutan Chemical and Carbide Limited (BCCL), Druk Wang Alloys Limited, Lhaki TMT, Bhutan Concast and Malbase Substation.

 

 
HM's Birthday Celebration

College of Science and Technology participated in HM's birthday celebration hosted by Phuentsholing Higher Secondary School.
