a. Reporting Date

All selected students for 2025 admission to the College of Science and Technology are hereby notified that they must report to the College on 15th July 2025. The tentative schedule for the registration program is given below. For kind information the compulsory drug test will be conducted simultaneously during the registration period.

b. Registration and Drug Test on 16th -17th July

  2. Class X (BCSE) Mark Sheet (Photocopy):
  3. Class XII (BCSE) Mark Sheet (Photocopy):
  4. School Leaving Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  5. Character Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  6. Two Passport Size Photographs:

 C. Orientation program is scheduled on 18th and 19th July 2025

The orientation program is a crucial set of activities aimed at equipping new students with essential information and helping them transition smoothly into college life. It acts as an introductory and ice-breaking phase, allowing students to become acquainted with their responsibilities and the various benefits of active engagement, including available programs. This program is instrumental in helping students understand the college’s structure, along with the critical rules, policies, and procedures they are expected to follow. The schedule will be intimidated later.

***All students must contribute Nu. 50 per semester to the student welfare scheme, as endorsed during the SS2024 Hostel Management Meeting and it will be collected by the CR’s and handover to SSO’s once the classes resume.

Important Notice:

All students are required to maintain a neat and tidy appearance, including having a proper haircut, no hair colouring, and no earrings, especially for male students. 

Recommendation: The College strongly advises students to maintain their own bank accounts (preferably with BoB) to facilitate stipend transactions when needed.
