Workshop on Developing the NBS Manual for the Built Environment

Under the project “Enhancing the Climate Resilience of Urban Landscapes and Communities in the Thimphu-Paro Region of Bhutan,” funded by GEF and implemented by the Royal Government of Bhutan in partnership with UNDP, the college carried out a three-day intensive workshop to develop a training manual on “Nature-Based Solutions in the Built Environment.” This manual is expected to strengthen the capacity of relevant professionals in Bhutan to build climate resilience. The manual was developed by the Architecture Department, CST, in collaboration with experts from the Department of Human Settlement, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and UNDP.
